Simmca has been founded in 1962 located in Cavaria near Milan at 10 km from Malpensa airport,and since then has been operating successfully in the specialized market of cold die pressing and assembling of metal findings.
Traditionally dedicated to the production of electrical contacts and generic blanking. Simmca is also able to follow every custom single project in each step, starting from:
• Rapid prototyping: few pieces manufactured without the aid of any tool
• Designing and production of dies for blanking, stamping, bending, threading, progressive dies, and of personalized tools for assembling parts.
• Production of metal findings and insulators
• Assembling of any components, either of our production or provided from our customers

Raw materials usually used: Brass, Copper, Iron, Steel, Stainless Steel, Phosphorous Bronze, Cellulose Fiber, Vulcanized Cellulose Fiber, Fiber Glass.
All the above materials can be provided: Whitout coverage, Copper-plated, Tin-plated, Gold-plated, Silver-plated, Nickel-plated, Galvanized.
